NSW Compliance
AIS (Authorised Inspection Scheme)
The NSW scheme that authorises individual examiners to issue eSafety (pink slip) checks.
Administered by Transport for NSW, the Authorised Inspection Scheme licences both inspection stations and individual examiners. AIS authorisation is what allows a mobile inspector to legally upload pink slip results directly to TfNSW. Ask for the examiner number on any quoted pink slip — if there isn't one, the certificate isn't valid.
