Yes. We attend Pickles (Belmore, Milperra, Newcastle, Brisbane Road), Grays (Padstow, Newcastle), Manheim (Homebush, Newcastle Beresfield), Lloyds and Slattery yards across NSW. We hold the public IDs and dealer credentials needed to access each yard.

No. You send us the listing URL or lot number, and we attend on your behalf. You receive the full HD photo report and a phone call from the inspector — Comprehensive & Elite reports are instant on-site, Essential reports land the same day as the inspection.

Auction yards do not permit road tests. We perform a full static inspection, OBD-II diagnostic scan, cold-start observation and idle/run-up assessment in the yard. Our reports are explicit about what was and wasn't possible to test, and what those limits mean for your bid.

Auction and dealer bookings use the same packages we offer everyone — Essential, Comprehensive and Elite. Every tier includes a multi-point inspection, paint-depth gauge readings, OBD-II diagnostic scan, 100+ HD photos and an inspector phone call; Elite adds repair cover up to $3,000 for 30 days. Yes. We attend any licensed dealer in NSW — Sydney metro, Central Coast, Newcastle and Wollongong. You give us the address and a contact name at the dealership, we do the rest.

On Elite Buyers' Protection we contribute up to $3,000 toward the repair of a major fault we missed, for 30 days from the inspection — in writing on every report. Essential and Comprehensive do not include this cover.

Yes — for Pickles Live, Manheim Simulcast and Grays online, the yard typically opens viewing 24–48 hours before bidding closes. We attend that morning, send the report by lunchtime, and you place bids that afternoon with full data.

Yes. Every auction/dealer report ends with a recommended ceiling bid based on current Sydney market median for the same model/year/km, less any deductions for defects found onsite. The number is justified line by line so you can stand by it at the rostrum.

Mechanically the inspection is identical. The difference is the negotiation context: dealers have stock-on-hand pressure and almost always move on a costed defect list, where a private seller might dig in. Our reports for dealer cars include negotiation language calibrated for trade sellers.

We send proof of attendance and a partial report (exterior + listing review + PPSR if requested). You get a full refund of the inspection fee if onsite access is denied. We have never been refused access at Pickles, Grays, Manheim or Lloyds in the last 24 months.
