Most sale stock parks under a residential tower. Below ground we can complete diagnostics, battery and charging tests, fluid and electrical checks and the full interior assessment. Reading paint finish and panel alignment honestly needs daylight, so we ask for the car at the ramp apron or the street. Any check the parking limited is named in the report.
The drop from the Junction toward the beach is a sustained gradient inside the suburb. Where the car is registered and insured and the seller consents, that is where pedal fade, pull under braking and disc shudder are honestly felt — then confirmed with wheel-off disc and pad measurement where the tier includes it, rather than left as an impression.
A car kept here often does very little distance, because everything else is walkable or on the train. Standing and short trips corrode disc faces, seize handbrake mechanisms, undercharge batteries and age tyres out with tread remaining. We measure those rather than reading a low odometer as a clean bill of health.
Meeting in the shopping centre car park is convenient for the seller and bad for you: low clearance, poor light, no safe way to raise the car and a time limit. Where the car can only be seen there, we will do what is possible and record precisely what the venue prevented.
