19 reviews have been published so far. We started collecting reviews this way recently and we have not carried anything across from anywhere else. I'm really glad we chose Aussie Auto Care for our pre-purchase inspection. We'd never had to arrange an inspection before and found the whole process very easy from start to finish. Once we booked, they organised a time with the seller, and the actual inspection report was thorough and impressive. The inspector, Nick, was also happy to answer my questions afterwards and was really pleasant to deal with. I'd definitely be happy to use Aussie Auto Care again if we need another inspection in the future.
I used Aussie auto care twice in one week, both times were short notice. They exceeded my expectations with their extremely thorough inspection and detailed report. Also received after hour phone calls for a debrief which was a nice touch. The admin ladies were also very helpful and attentive.

Good report. Saved me from buying a car with issues
The fear with any second-hand car is not being told. Every seller has one objective: to sell. They never tell you the whole story. Used cars can be a minefield, and with a second-hand car you don't know what you don't know. That's why I booked Aussie Auto Care before committing to a 2020 Suzuki Baleno from Carma.
Nick did the inspection. He checked the underbody, chassis rails and floor pan and confirmed they were sound. So I knew what the problem was, and what it wasn't.
The report also gave me a clear picture of what the car will cost to run: tyre tread, brake life, suspension condition and battery health. He flagged the battery as due for replacement and explained that a stored ABS code came from the weak battery, not the brakes. Every unknown became something I could plan and budget for.
An inspection isn't a crystal ball. But it lets you see just far enough to make an informed decision. That's what you're really paying for: peace of mind. The seller has their agenda. These guys are on your side, not the seller's.
They have plenty of reviews elsewhere, and the best one I found was a 1-star from a seller upset about an inspection. To me, that's a 5-star testament to what a pre-purchase inspection is for.
If you're buying a used car, especially online, book Aussie Auto Care before your return window closes. You'll know what you're buying.
Thanks for doing incredible job. Nick was thorough, honest and easy to deal with, and explained everything clearly. The detailed report gave me peace of mind. Would definitely use services in future and highly recommended.
Excellent service - organised the inspection with the buyer for me and did a very good report. Highly recommend this team - so much so I’m ordering another report on another car right now!
I had Aussie Auto Care come out to do a pre-purchase inspection on a used Tesla I was looking at, and the whole experience was a 10/10. As someone completely new to EVs, I wasn’t really sure what to look for or what questions I should even be asking. Harry was great, really hands on, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. He answered all my questions, pointed out things I wouldn’t have known to look for and gave me honest feedback throughout the inspection. I never felt rushed and it made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. Harry was great to deal with and made the whole experience really straightforward. Would definitely use them again.

The inspection was thorough but I feel it did not get what I payed for. First off, in the descriptions of the car, a lot of it was not explaining what was happening or what was wrong, they said about something wrong with a quarter panel, but not what it was, some stuff about the engine making noise but nothing elaborating on that, I payed for the comprehensive which includes price estimates of repairs and the car, all of that got left blank, and on the call I was told misinformation about the transmission being swapped and the engine being swapped when it was stock still. I do not personally think it was worth the 300 dollars as a lot of what was said wasn’t explaining it was just pointing it out which you could do just inspecting it by yourself. I did like how it ran the electrical a and showed the battery health was low, and explained enough about that but everything else felt shallow.
Great communication during and after the inspection since I wasn’t able to be there in person. Received a very detailed report which gave me comfort before purchasing a vehicle. Would definitely recommend!
Very comprehensive and helped me to save $1000 on the asking price, but the report was missing the estimated repair cost and recommended maximum to pay. Also, I had to wait a day to receive it when I was promised same day report. I would still recommend them.
Happy with inspection and review came to an reasonable agreement After knowing the results of the inspection. It helped to compensate for repairs and labour cost and still make a sale . 👍🏽
