We would rather agree the time around parking reality than turn up and spend twenty minutes circling.
Streets through Lakemba and Wiley Park are heavily traffic-calmed. A car that has spent years on them accumulates a particular kind of wear: bushes, sway-bar links, strut mounts and boot-lid and tailgate rattles. We check the suspension for play with the wheels off the ground rather than relying on how it feels over a hump.
Nothing inside the suburb gets a car to a speed where a driveline problem announces itself. Canterbury Road and the run toward the M5 do. Where registration, insurance and seller consent allow, we take that leg so wheel balance, gearbox lock-up and brake shudder get a real test, then return the car to the seller's address.

It is not proof on its own, but a reading that does not match the physical evidence is something you deserve to know before you pay.
No. We arrange access with the seller directly, carry out the inspection and send you the report. Comprehensive and Elite reports are issued on site before the inspector leaves; Essential reports come the same day. You can then call the inspector to talk through anything in it.
