Parramatta is a CBD with dealerships on its doorstep, which means the car you are looking at could be in a basement under an office tower or in a showroom on Church Street. We come to it, inspect it properly, and give you a written report you can put in front of the seller.
Parramatta's density is the defining constraint on a mobile inspection here. Basement car parks, timed street parking and showroom floors each limit different parts of the job, so we plan around them rather than pretend they don't exist.
Low clearance means no safe lifting, poor colour-rendering light distorts paint assessment, and tight bays stop doors and bonnets from opening fully. Where a car is stored in a CBD basement we ask for it to be brought to street level. If that is refused, the report records exactly which checks were restricted.
Much of the Parramatta CBD is metered or time-limited, and an inspection with a road test is not a fifteen-minute job. We factor that into the booking so the inspector isn't rushing a checklist against a parking timer — usually by starting at the seller's address rather than a public kerb.
A detailed car photographs beautifully and hides very little from a gauge. Paint-thickness readings on every panel, panel-gap measurement and a scan of every ECU module are how repair history is found on a car that has just been polished. That depth is included on Elite and, for paint and diagnostics, on Comprehensive.
James Ruse Drive, Victoria Road and the M4 are all within a few minutes of the CBD, so a Parramatta road test can cover stop-start traffic, sustained speed and a proper brake test in one loop rather than three laps of a car park.

We can, but with stated limitations: low ceilings prevent safe lifting and artificial lighting is unreliable for paint and body assessment. We always ask for the car to be brought to street level first. If it can't be, the report lists which checks were constrained.

Yes. Any tier can add the $199 EV or hybrid battery assessment, which measures the state of health of the high-voltage pack and is issued as a separate certificate. On a used electrified car that pack is the most expensive single component you are buying.
