The standard DC fast-charging plug for new EVs sold in Australia.
Every new EV sold in Australia since 2022 uses CCS2 for DC fast charging and Type 2 for AC. Older imports may use CHAdeMO (Nissan Leaf, Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV) — limiting your fast-charging options as the network phases CHAdeMO out.
